The Idea of Shiro Roastery was originally founded in 2017 by Rowang Debbarma, the idea was to provide a minimal designed space where people can work in an cozy environment. The Idea came to live in February 2022. The space design was inspired by coffee shops around South Korea. It is located in a small town in Dimapur, Nagaland, The cozy atmosphere and inviting ambiance make it a pleasant place to relax and enjoy a cup of coffee.
